STUDENT RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS

UNIVERSITY of BRIGHTON, GREAT WILKINS
Completed in summer 2003, this development provides 35 self contained flats for 5 or 6 students, in three blocks, to accommodate the requirements of the new Medical School at the University. The flats all include kitchen and lounge areas, and en-suite shower rooms are provided to each bedroom. En-suite pods were pre-fabricated off site in Denmark and were fully factory finished prior to transport and installation.

UNIVERSITY of BRIGHTON, FALMER
A £5M development of 469 student residences designed as flats and houses for 6-8 students. The design includes en-suite shower rooms to all bedrooms, units for the disabled, and management offices.

UNIVERSITY of SURREY, ROEHAMPTON
A development of 157 en-suite student rooms arranged in flats for 6, 7 or 8, with shared kitchen and lounge. At the centre of the scheme a multi purpose performance hall was also provided for functions and teaching.

WORTH SCHOOL, WEST SUSSEX
As part of a larger 6th form centre project, 77 study bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms were provided for the school.
