A town centre development of 2 and 3 storey mews houses
with garden patios and parking spaces on a mostly landlocked
site adjacent to the mainline railway station. The site
originally accommodated stables with large villas surrounding
it; these later became garages, then small industrial
and storage units. 20 new small family houses now occupy
the site.
HALF
SMOCK
This is a bespoke 4 bedroom family house built in a
small hamlet North of Lewes. Where materials have been
sourced locally or specified for their sustainability
as well as their aesthetic character.
LEWES
ROAD
A residential development comprising 37 flats, a mix
of 1 and 2 bedroom units, some of which are affordable
homes, with retail accommodation at ground level.
SALISBURY
ROAD
A development of flats completed in 2004, comprising,
nine 2 bedroom flats, three 1 bedroom flats, and two
penthouse units.
WILBURY
AVENUE
A development of 20 new 4 storey split level semi-detached
houses with access road, gardens and garages, on the
site of a former tennis club, providing a continuation
of an established urban street frontage.
