A 135 bed town centre hotel as part of a civic regeneration project which also included a new library and supermarket.

HOTEL AT EAST SUSSEX NATIONAL GOLF CLUB
This is a new 100 bedroom 4 star hotel with full conference and leisure facilities as an extension to the existing prestige golf club. The concept was designed and detailed to acknowledge the original masterplan proposals by Michael Blee. A full detailed planning consent achieved in a highly sensitive rural landscape setting. Construction, under a design and build arrangement, was completed earlier this year.
The design won a Highly Commended Certificate in this year’s Sussex Heritage Awards.
