Miller Bourne was appointed by the Goodwood Court Surgery to act as their Architects for the development of a new group practice and clinic.
Initially the Practice assisted in identifying a suitable site and was eventually involved in securing a joint venture development agreement where a new surgery and provision of twelve flats were accommodated on a prominent corner plot near the original surgery.
The design for the surgery includes 9 consulting rooms, examination rooms, minor operations/treatment suite, pharmacy, midwives’ rooms, physiotherapy, health visitors and a dentistry practice plus offices and staff accommodation.
