GRAND PARADE
A major 5 storey extension to the existing Art College providing studios, computer suites, offices and communal facilities. Phase 1 was completed in 1998 and Planning Permission was granted for a second phase.

STUDENT ACCOMMODATION, FALMER
A development of 469 student residences arranged as flats and houses in ‘pods’ of 6-8 students. Each study bedroom has an en-suite shower room. The development includes facilities for the disabled and management offices.

Great Wilkins is a further development providing 35 flats for 5 or 6 students, to accommodate the requirements of the new Medical School.
