HOVE
The commission for this development of 15,000 sq ft
of starter business units for offices and high technology
industry was won in competition and was carried out
in partnership with Brighton & Hove Council and
St George’s Securities, on a brown field site
in the heart of Hove.
The site was released for development by the construction
of a state of the art domestic waste recycling unit
on adjoining land. This was also designed by Miller
Bourne on behalf of the Council.
